Shenzhen, China – July 20, 2021 – MYIR introduces another System-on Module (SoM) MYC-YA15XC-T CPU Module based on ST STM32MP1 series processors after the first launched CPU Module MYC-YA157C. Compared with the MYC-YA157C, the new MYC-YA15XC-T has a smaller form factor, measuring only 39mm by 37mm. It has a dedicated Power-Management IC STPMIC1 which is also from STMicroelectronics. But it has no Ethernet PHY chip on board while the MYC-YA157C has. The two STM32MP1 based modules with their own particular features are able to meet users’ different requirements.

The MYC-Y157XC-T is using the STM32MP151AAC3 by default. The STM32MP153AAC3 and STM32MP157AAC3 are compatible and can be customized. MYIR offers four standard configurations with different memory and storage sizes as well as working temperatures.
The MYC-YA15XC-T CPU Module is delivered with shielding cover by default. A number of peripherals and IO signals are brought out through 1.0 mm pitch 148-pin stamp-hole (Castellated-Hole) expansion interface to make the module an excellent embedded controller for applications like industrial control, consumer electronics, smart home, medical and etc. It is capable of running Linux OS and provided with HW & SW development package as well as detailed documentations.

MYIR also provides MYD-YA15XC-T Development Board for evaluating the MYC-YA15XC-T CPU Module. The MYD-YA15XC-T takes full features of the STM32MP15X ARM processor and has extended a number of peripherals to its base board including Debug Serial port, USB Type-C DRP, Dual USB2.0 HOST, Gigabit Ethernet, Micro SD Card Slot, LCD and Camera as well as GPIOs through pin headers. Additionally, MYIR offers MY-CAM011B Camera Module, MY-RGB2HDMI Module, MY-WF005S WiFi/BT Module, MY-WIREDCOM RPI Module (RS232/RS485/CAN) and MY-LCD70TP-C LCD Module as optional modules for the board, which has greatly enhanced the functionality of the board to make it a good reference design and evaluation platform for using STM32MP1 solutions.
