Shenzhen, China – November 6, 2024 – MYIR has launched a new embedded System-On-Module (SoM), the MYC-LR3576, based on the Rockchip RK3576 processor. This high-performance processor is designed for AIoT applications and features a quad-core Cortex-A72 and a quad-core Cortex-A53 CPU. It integrates a 6 TOPS NPU and a 3D GPU, and supports 4K video encoding and decoding. The processor comes with a rich set of multimedia interfaces, including HDMI, eDP, DP, MIPI-DSI, Parallel RGB, and MIPI CSI, allowing for multi-screen display. It also supports dual Gigabit Ethernet interfaces, PCIe 2.1, USB 3.2, SATA 3, DSMC/Flexbus high-speed interfaces, CAN FD, and UART, making it suitable for various applications in industrial, AIoT, edge computing, smart mobile terminals, and other digital multimedia scenarios.
The MYC-LR3576 has a compact size, measuring merely 43mm by 45mm. In addition to the powerful Rockchip RK3576 CPU, it offers 4GB/8GB LPDDR4X, 32GB/64GB eMMC and 32Kbit EEPROM, providing a robust foundation for your next embedded design. Leveraging the full capabilities of the Rockchip RK3576 SoC, the MYC-LR3576 supports a wide array of peripherals through its 381-pin LGA packaged extension interface. It is capable of running the Debian 12 or Linux 6.1 Operating System and includes comprehensive software resources such as kernel and driver source code, along with detailed user manuals and documentation to expedite customer development, enabling you to bring your products to market faster.

The MYD-LR3576 Development Board, built around the MYC-LR3576 SOM, offers a comprehensive range of communication and multimedia interfaces on its base board. It includes two USB 3.0 ports, one USB 2.0 port, dual Gigabit Ethernet, two CAN interfaces, and an integrated WiFi/Bluetooth module. The board also has a Micro SD card slot, an M.2 NVMe SSD-compatible PCIe slot, display interfaces (HDMI, Mini DP, and MIPI-DSI), three MIPI-CSI video inputs and audio capabilities. It supports expansion through the RPI Interface (GPIO/I2C/UART/SPI/CAN-FD) and the MiFAN Interface (GPIO/I2C/UART/SPI/USB), offering customization options. Optional add-ons like MIPI camera modules, a 10.1-inch LCD module, and a MY-WIREDCOM RPI Module are available for enhanced functionality. This board serves as a solid reference design for Rockchip RK3576-based development.
