Based on Xilinx Zynq-7015, dual Cortex-A9+FPGA fully programmable processor; PS Uuit (ARM) and PL Unit (FPGA) use AXI high-speed on-chip bus communication, gigabit bandwidth, breaking through the communication bottleneck of traditional ARM+FPGA architecture, through the PL part (FPGA) flexible configuration of rich peripheral interfaces, such as serial port, Ethernet port, video interface, etc., can meet the expansion needs of industrial Ethernet and other applications.

SOM - MYC-C7Z015

The MYC-C7Z015 is an SOM (System on Module) board based on Xilinx XC7Z015 (Z-7015) All Programmable System-on-Chip (SoC) which is among the Xilinx Zynq-7000 family, featuring integrated dual-core ARM Cortex-A9 processor with Xilinx 7-series FPGA logic, four 6.25Gbps SerDes transceivers and one PCIe Gen2 x 4 integrated block. The MYC-C7Z015 module has 1GB DDR3 SDRAM, 4GB eMMC, 32MB quad SPI Flash, a Gigabit Ethernet PHY, a USB PHY and external watchdog on board. It provides a large number of I/O signals for ARM peripherals and FPGA I/Os through two 0.8mm pitch 140-pin board-to-board connectors, which is ideal for your next embedded design.

Development Board - MYD-C7Z015

The MYD-C7Z015 development board integrates the Xilinx XC7Z015 Dual-core ARM Cortex-A9 Processor with Xilinx 7-series FPGA, featuring a PCIe interface and SFP transceiver module interface on the base board for high-speed device expansion. The board utilizes the MYC-C7Z015 SOM, incorporating essential components such as the Zynq-7015 processor, 1GB DDR3 SDRAM, 4GB eMMC, 32MB quad SPI Flash, a Gigabit Ethernet PHY, a USB PHY and external watchdog, and takes full features of the Zynq-7015 SoC to create a rich set of peripherals to the base board through headers and connectors including one RS232 serial port, four USB Host ports, one Gigabit Ethernet port, CAN, HDMI, LCD/Touch screen, TF card slot, RTC, one XADC header to allow you take advantage of Xilinx XADC and one low-pin count FMC connector to allow various FMC cards for custom I/O options. Especially, it has one SFP transceiver module to keep higher transmission speed and better stability during your evaluation, as well as one PCIe interface, which contributes the data transmission speed to a high frequency when customers using the board.
