The AM335X series features the high performance, low power features of the ARM Cortex-A8 core, providing the highest DMIPS at the same cost. It also provides 3D graphics acceleration and integration of key peripherals to meet various application needs. Optional 3D graphics accelerators with performance up to 20 M/tri/s, support for LPDDR1/DDR2/DDR3 memory, and independent PRU subsystems provide additional flexibility in product design. Optional support for Ethercat and Profibus further meets the needs of industrial design.

SOM - MYC-J335X-V2

The MYC-J335X-V2 is a highly capable System on Module (SOM) featuring the TI AM335x ARM Cortex-A8 Sitara processors, which can run at speeds up to 1GHz. This module includes a robust 2D/3D graphics accelerator and integrates key components such as the AM335x processor, 256MB DDR3 SDRAM, 256MB NAND Flash, 32KB EEPROM, a Gigabit Ethernet PHY chip, and a Power Management IC. It is a ready-to-run Linux controller board, supporting -40 to +85 Celsius extended temperature operation and has brought out up to two CAN bus, two Gigabit Ethernet, two USB OTG and up to six Serial ports and more other signals from one DDR2 SO-DIMM 200-pin gold finger expansion interface.

Development Board - MYD-J335X-V2

The MYC-J335X-V2 is mounted onto the MYD-J335X-V2 base board through an SO-DIMM 200-pin gold finger interface. In addition to those main functions provided by the MYC-J335X-V2, the MYD-AM335X-J base board has extended more functions through headers and connectors, which makes the board versatile for various industrial applications. It features up to six serial ports, two Ethernet ports, USB Host, OTG, CAN, RS485, TF card slot, Audio, LCD and more other peripherals on board. It can support -40 to +85 Celsius extended temperature operation and ready to run Linux operating system.
