The NXP i.MX9 series builds on the i.MX6 and i.MX8 series products, inheriting the advantages of the previous generation while further improving the balance of performance, resource utilization and price. The i.MX93 processor is equipped with dual-core Cortex-A55@1.7GHz+Cortex-M33@250MHz, taking into account multi-task and real-time requirements, and integrates 0.5 TOPS NPU to enable low-cost lightweight AI applications.

SOM - MYC-LMX9X

The MYC-LMX9X is a compact System-On-Module (SoM) measuring 37mm by 39mm. It integrates the powerful i.MX9352 application processor from the esteemed NXP i.MX93 family, leveraging NXP's Energy Flex architecture for optimized performance and power efficiency. The i.MX9352 features dual ARM Cortex-A55 cores at 1.7GHz, a Cortex-M33 MCU at 250MHz, and a 0.5 TOPS NPU, enabling cost-effective AI applications. The MYC-LMX9X also includes 1GB/2GB LPDDR4, 8GB eMMC, 32Kbit EEPROM, and a PMIC. With a 218-pin expansion interface, it supports multiple display and image processing interfaces, high-speed connectivity options like USB 2.0, SD/SDIO 3.01, Gigabit Ethernet, and CAN-FD, making it versatile for use in EV charging stations, power & energy, healthcare equipment, industrial HMI, motion control, and engineering machinery. The MYC-LMX9X supports Linux 6.10 and Debian 12. MYIR provides a comprehensive software bundle, including kernel and driver source codes, along with compilation tools, to enable users to initiate their development quickly and effortlessly.

Development Board - MYD-LMX9X

The MYD-LMX9X Development Board, centered around the MYC-LMX9X, boasts a diverse array of communication interfaces on its base board. These interfaces include RS232, RS485, two USB2.0, one USB OTG, two Gigabit Ethernet, one CAN, one Micro SD card slot, one M.2 Socket for USB based 4G/5G LTE Module with dual SIM card holders. Furthermore, it incorporates a USB2.0 based WiFi module, an Audio interface, a Mini-CSI interface, and multiple display interfaces: HDMI, LVDS, and RGB.
MYIR also offers optional enhancements for the board, such as the MY-CAM003M Camera Module, the MY-TFT070CV2 LCD Module, and the MY-LVDS070C LCD Module. These additions significantly expand the board's functionality, providing users with versatile capabilities to cater to their unique project needs.

Based on the SOM and development board of NXP i.MX 93, MYIR provides driver support for the Linux operating system, and provides user manuals, PDF schemata, peripheral drivers, BSP source code packages, development tools and other related information, providing a stable design reference and perfect software development environment for developers.
