The i.MX93 processor is equipped with dual-core Cortex-A55@1.7GHz+Cortex-M33@250MHz, taking into account multi-task and real-time requirements, and integrates 0.5 TOPS NPU to enable low-cost lightweight AI applications.
SOM - MYC-LMX9X
Measuring only 37mm by 39mm, the MYC-LMX9X is a compact System-On-Module (SoM). It integrates the powerful i.MX9352 application processor (MIMX9352CVVXMAB), belonging to the esteemed NXP i.MX93 family. Leveraging NXP's innovative Energy Flex architecture, this processor optimizes performance and power efficiency for Industrial, IoT and automotive devices. The i.MX9352 features dual ARM Cortex-A55 cores clocked at 1.7GHz and a Cortex-M33 MCU operating at 250MHz, along with a 0.5 TOPS NPU, enabling cost-effective and lightweight AI applications.
