Shenzhen, China - November 8, 2016 - MYIR introduced a new CPU Module MYC-C7Z015 for Xilinx Zynq-7015 SoC with dual-core ARM Cortex-A9 processor and Artix-7 FPGA. Measured only 75mm by 75mm, it has additionally 1GB DDR3 SDRAM, 4GB eMMC, 32MB quad SPI Flash, a Gigabit Ethernet PHY, a USB PHY and external watchdog on board. Two 0.8mm pitch 140-pin board-to-board connectors provide a large number of I/O signals for ARM peripherals and FPGA I/Os to enable your base board extension.
MYC-C7Z015 CPU Module
MYIR offers a development board MYD-C7Z015 for evaluating or prototyping based on the MYC-C7Z015 CPU Module which shares the same base board with the MYC-C7Z010/20 CPU Module. The MYD-C7Z015 development board takes full features of the Zynq-7015 SoC to create a rich set of peripherals to the base board through headers and connectors. Compared to the MYD-C7Z010/20 development board, the MYD-C7Z015 has added one SFP optical transceiver module and one PCIe interface with two lanes. Other features are similar including one RS232 serial port, four USB Host ports, one Gigabit Ethernet port, CAN, HDMI, LCD/Touch screen, TF card slot, RTC, one XADC header to allow you take advantage of Xilinx XADC, three PMoD headers to meet your I/O needs with PMoDs and one low-pin count FMC connector to allow various FMC cards for custom I/O options.
MYD-C7Z015 Development Board
The MYD-C7Z015 development board comes along with Linux 3.15.0 software packages, necessary cable accessories and optional 4.3-inch and 7-inch LCD Modules. It is an excellent programmable board for development based on Zynq-7000 family SoC and its typically applications ranges from Industrial Automation, Test & measurement, Medical Equipment, Aerospace to military and more others.
